@Alon @protecttruth i think his immigration view were center-right US, assimilative melting pot maybe go for skills-based. he wrote a whole book about that stuff! i read it (though honestly i am totally drawing a blank so i may be mischaracterizing it at this point). anyway it's in my view an entirely nonfascist view, but the fascist bar dynamic works for think tanks as much as watering holes.

he just had a big YIMBY-critical piece in the Atlantic. i don't think he's whined he's canceled.
