But it found a driver promptly enough, once the artificial delay had terminated, and that driver got to within 3 mins of me after dropping a prior customer nearby. Car trouble? He lives here and just didn’t want to go downtown? I don’t know. What bugged me was that Lyft didn’t ask, or offer to cancel, just switched into searching for new driver. If I’d canceled, would I have had to fight for a refund?)
